Median past sale prices for every neighbourhood in England and Wales, by property type. A way to spot places to look into, not a valuation of any home.

Covers England and Wales only — Scotland and Northern Ireland aren’t in this ONS dataset. Period: Year to March 2026.

Source and method

Median price paid and number of sales by Middle layer Super Output Area (MSOA, about 8,000 residents each), Year to March 2026. Released 17 September 2026; next release March 2027.

Where ONS records fewer than five sales of a type, no figure is published and we show “Too few sales to show”. We never estimate or fill in missing figures.

Budget colours compare your figure with the median only: “within” means the median past sale price is at or below your budget; “up to 10% over” is a stretch band. Neither says what any home will cost.
